From Burnt-Out Store Owner to Building a Business on My Terms
In 2024, I found myself stuck in a business that looked successful on the outside but was draining me on the inside. I had poured my savings, time, and energy into running a brick-and-mortar consignment boutique, only to realize that the long hours, constant stress, and never-ending overhead costs weren’t what I truly wanted. I didn’t own my business—it owned me.
I knew something had to change. Selling my store wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the first step toward building a business that aligned with the life I actually wanted—one with freedom, flexibility, and financial security. That’s when I turned to online entrepreneurship. I took the skills I had gained from marketing, branding, and running a business and shifted them into the digital world.
Now, I help other small business owners do the same—whether that means adding an online income stream to their existing business or making a full transition to digital entrepreneurship.
